Welcome to the wonderful world of A Coombs Pet Centre.

By now we are hoping that you have taken a full tour of our website and found that special food, treat or toy for your pet and now you’re wondering about the delivery.

For those of you lucky pet owners who live in the Brighton and Hove area, any order you place will be put into our local deliveries section and will be delivered as fast as possible via our lovely driver Dave. Your order will usually be despatched in 1 - 2 working days. That being said, many of our local customers are frequently surprised by the speed of our local delivery service. It's a reputation we've built and take great pride in.

Now for those of you animal enthusiasts that live outside of our seaside town we will deliver to you via our friends at DPD or APC couriers (If you have a preferred choice out of these two then please put that in the notes of your order and we will try our best to accomodate your request).

We put all national orders on a 24 hour express service however, we do ask that you give us 2 – 3 working days for delivery just in case.

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £39.99 any orders under that will have a delivery charge of £4.99 added to them.

Deliveries to Scotland & Northern Ireland will cost a flat rate of £8.99.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

We're thrilled to roll out our brand new click and collect service at our Brighton & Hove stores! Now, you can shop online and swing by to pick up your goodies at a time that suits you, and guess what? It won't cost you a penny! Just choose the click and collect option at checkout, and you’re all set.

What can you do to help with your delivery?

For all orders placed with us we kindly ask that when placing the order you include a landline or preferably mobile number and also a safe location where your order can be left incase you are not in when it is delivered.

What happens with Frozen deliveries?

We often get asked if we deliver any of our frozen foods nationally. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service. All of our frozen deliveries are for our local customers only as any further than this and the food would begin to defrost.
